We are looking for a Labourer to join our Swansea based team. We want someone to add value by joining one of our existing teams and improving our skillsets. We have some exciting projects in front of us which require general groundwork and landscaping skills. Our projects are very diverse and good onsite problem solving is essential. Based primarily around South Wales, you will travel as part of a gang. We are looking for a keen individual with a flexible approach and a desire to help us exceed client expectations.
Accreditations required:
- NPORS/CSCS cards
- Manual Handling
- Driving Licence
- Health and Safety for operatives
- Machine tickets - not required but advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Prepping grounds for works ensuring safety measures are followed and instructions complied with.
- Assisting in the installation of play equipment, sports pitches, paths, and other surfacing.
- Operate a variety of tools and be compliant with health and safety, cleaning and storing instructions.
MUST HAVE:
- A can-do attitude and happy to work outside in varied weather conditions.
- Reliable and good time keeping.
- Ability to work as part of a team/small gang.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail and quality.
- Previous experience in labouring/construction preferred but not necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
