We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at The Old Malthouse care home. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our residents and senior care team. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care, administering medicine to residents while also supervising and mentoring care staff to ensure the best possible standards are maintained across the home.
