Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support both short term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Under the Director of Nursing, you will help develop and implement individualized care plans and provide essential patient care and comfort services.
Applicants should have completed a state approved CNA program; experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred. This is an on-site position with equal opportunity employment.
