On behalf of our client - a successful, award winning brand within the cosmetics industry, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead our client's organisation towards sustained growth and success. The ideal candidate will come from a background in E-Commerce, and ideally the cosmetics industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage a successful thriving brand, oversee daily operations, and ultimately help shape the company's future success.

Duties:

  • Manage the daily operations of the business
  • Oversee & govern financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the company owners
  • Drive organisational change initiatives to improve processes, productivity, and employee engagement

Desired Experience:

  • Someone who puts culture at the forefront of their leadership style
  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles within a mature E-Commerce Brand, ideally within the cosmetics industry
  • Strong understanding & experience working with Amazon
  • Demonstrable supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and implement them successfully
