- Someone who has an NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care – Children & Young People or the Diploma Level 3 Children / Young People Workforce OR Equivalent
- Someone who has at least 18 months experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- Someone who has experience of lone working and are able to know and use their own initiative in decision making.
WHAT WE CAN GIVE YOU
- Salary: £10,558 to £12,713 (pro rata to 16 hours per week for 52 weeks)
- 16 hours per week contract
- 28 days holiday entitlement pro rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays) – increasing to 30 days after 3 years of service pro rata.
- Solid career progression, with recognised qualifications, up to and including master’s level, funded by the company.
