The Rainbow Centre is seeking a diligent and empathetic Supported Housing Manager to manage the operations of their new 16-bed supported housing project in Folkestone.

Your responsibilities, encompassing property maintenance, administration, client relations, and staff and rotas, are focused on ensuring a secure and supportive environment for our clients. Reporting to the CEO and based primarily at the Supported Housing site, your role will involve working closely with the Homeless Support Service (HSS) Manager, so building strong relationships with the HSS team and the wider organisation is essential.

This is a flexible role offered on a 37.5 hours-per-week rota and may include evening, weekend and bank holiday hours. The Rainbow Centre is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
