We're looking for a proactive and organised HR professional to join our expanding Human Resources team as an HR Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands‐on HR experience who enjoys variety, takes pride in high‐quality work, and thrives in a fast‐paced, people‐focused environment.
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, responsive and professional HR service across the organisation. Supporting the full employee lifecycle, you'll work closely with a range of staff, ensuring processes run smoothly and consistently.
This is a varied role where strong ICT, communication and organisation skills are required. In addition to this, you will need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, along with the ability to prioritise workload. You will need to have some experience of HR related administrative duties in order to effectively undertake a broad range of activities, including:
- End-to-end recruitment administration, from advertising roles to coordinating interviews and onboarding
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Providing guidance to managers on a range of HR procedures and ensuring compliance with policies
- Maintaining accurate HR and payroll system records
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing responses and escalating efficiently and delivering excellent customer service
Please note this is a hybrid position, with a minimum office presence of 2 days per week.
