Within the role you will:
- Partner with the Head of HR to help shape the HR strategy for a specific business area.
- Engage in a balanced mix of strategic and operational HR tasks, providing a stimulating and varied work environment.
- Work alongside and influence key stakeholders, developing people‑focused solutions that align with the company\’s strategic goals.
- While the role primarily covers sites across the North of England, occasional travel further afield offers a change of scenery and networking opportunities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support and develop HR solutions.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, D&I initiatives, employee engagement, and Learning & Development.
- Build effective relationships and provide proactive, well‑thought‑out people solutions.
As the ideal candidate you will:
- Have proven experience as a Regional HR Business Partner in a multi‑site, fast‑paced environment.
- Be a true generalist with a comprehensive understanding of all elements of HR ER, performance and related functions.
