We're looking for a People Services Manager to lead our Client’s People Services team, ensuring every stage of the employee journey is delivered brilliantly—from onboarding to payroll, policies to people data, and everything in between.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement, whilst leading a talented team and helping shape how we support our people.
- Lead and develop the People Services team, ensuring outstanding service across HR administration and advisory support.
- Own and continuously improve HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle, making sure they're clear, compliant and genuinely work for our people.
- Use HR data and insight to help drive better business decisions, ensuring accurate reporting and meaningful management information.
- Ensure compliance by staying on top of employment legislation, risk, governance and people processes.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, overseeing more complex cases and helping create fair, consistent outcomes.
- Champion HR systems, maximising functionality, maintaining data integrity and helping us continuously improve how we work.
- Deliver key annual people activities including performance reviews, salary reviews, engagement surveys and promotions.
- Partner with the Head of People on exciting projects including organisational change, restructures and acquisitions.
You'll probably already be working in a senior HR operational role and enjoy leading from the front.
- Significant experience within a transactional or operational HR environment.
- Previous experience in a senior HR position, within a professional services environment.
- Experience managing HR systems and third-party payroll.
- Confidence working with HR data, reporting and Microsoft Office.
- Experience implementing a new HR system.
- Previous people management experience.
