We are working with an established Client seeking to hire an HR Advisor, to work closely with their Group Head of HR, helping to deliver best-practice HR policies and initiatives across a group of c 200 employees. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £32,000-£36,000, dependent on experience, and the chance to make a significant impact across 2 manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with line managers and supervisors, providing consistent HR advice and support.
- Manage employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances, ensuring fair and lawful practices.
- Coordinate monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain HR systems and records, producing routine reports and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Support recruitment activities, from job advertising to candidate communication.
- Oversee onboarding and probation processes, ensuring a seamless induction experience.
- Assist with HR administration, including contract changes, internal communications, and training records.
- Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and support the delivery of people projects and process improvements.
