Flk Recruitment are currently partnering with a fantastic business in South Yorkshire supporting with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner for their fast paced and diverse site, just south of Sheffield. This is a newly created role and will work closely with the Head of HR to support with the delivery of their People plan for the site and will be based on-site 5 days per week.
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group across the whole employee lifecycle including Employee Relations, Policy, Engagement, Recruitment, Reward & Recognition, EDI, L&D, Comms and Wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation which is going through a significant amount of positive change.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge the norm and influence senior management thinking. You will be someone who is able to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to support in the delivery of the HR strategy.
As the ideal candidate you will have previously worked as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager ideally within a fast paced environment like Logistics, Retail or Manufacturing however, this isn’t essential. Our client is inclusive and supportive, and you will work in a close knit team with a common purpose to raise the profile of HR within the business.
