This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to move beyond the day-to-day and grow into a more senior role, while still playing a key part in operational HR, particularly Employee Relations.
What Youll Be Doing:
Youll act as a strategic partner to your stakeholders teams, delivering consistent, first-class support across the full employee lifecycle. While Employee Relations will remain a core part of the role, youll also lead and support key People initiatives and projects across Employee Experience & Wellbeing, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), Culture & Engagement, Internal Communications & Rewards, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding and Talent Management & Development
Youll be working closely with stakeholders across the business to elevate the people experience and support their ambition to be a great place to work.
About You:
Youre experienced in providing expert Employee Relations advice and confident in managing complex cases.
- Youre a proactive team player who loves working collaboratively.
- Youre passionate about talenthow to attract, retain and develop it.
- Youve worked in a creative, global or fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Youre excited to get involved in strategic people projects that drive meaningful change.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in Marketing, Creative, Tech or Media industries.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience with talent attraction, development, and engagement strategies.
- A people-first mindset, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and culture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
