Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a meaningful role within a dynamic FMCG organisation? Flk Recruitment are working with a well-known Yorkshire business to find an Interim Regional HR Business Partner. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a business that values its people as a cornerstone of its ongoing success.
Within the role you will:
- Partner with the Head of HR to help shape the HR strategy for a specific business area.
- Engage in a balanced mix of strategic and operational HR tasks, providing a stimulating and varied work environment.
- Work alongside and influence key stakeholders, developing people-focused solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
- While the role primarily covers sites across the North of England, occasional travel further afield offers a change of scenery and networking opportunities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support and develop HR solutions.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, D&I initiatives, employee engagement, and Learning & Development.
- Build effective relationships and provide proactive, well-thought-out people solutions.
As the ideal candidate you will:
- Have proven experience as a Regional HR Business Partner in a multi-site, fast-paced environment.
- Be a true generalist with a comprehensive understanding of all elements of HR: ER, Performance, D&I, Development, OD and Change Management.
- Have a track record in building effective stakeholder relationships with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
