Flk Recruitment are partnering with a fantastic business in South Wales supporting with the recruitment of an experienced strategic Senior HR Business Partner for a large, fast-paced and diverse Manufacturing site in Newport. This is a newly created role and will work closely with a supportive Head of HR to deliver their People plan for the site. Ideally, you will be based on-site 5 days per week (4 days part-time will be considered) and love rolling your sleeves up.
As the Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group across the whole employee lifecycle including Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance Management, Comms, EDI and Wellbeing. You will also manage a small team of 2 HR Advisors.

You will be someone who is able to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to support in the delivery of the HR strategy.
As the ideal candidate you will have 5+ years as a seasoned HR Business Partner ideally within a fast-paced environment like Logistics, Retail or Manufacturing; however, this isn’t essential. Our client is an inclusive and supportive employer. You will work in a close-knit team with a common purpose to raise the profile of HR within the business.
