Their amazing culture is truly something special, and we are thrilled to be part of this journey. We are on the lookout for an experienced Learning & Development Manager for their large manufacturing site in Newport.
Are you the kind of L&D professional who enjoys working across an entire organisation, building relationships with everyone from hourly paid staff to the Executive Team? This role could be your next big challenge!
In this role, you will:
- Lead innovative L&D projects and programmes aligned with organisational and people strategic objectives.
- Manage a team of L&D Officers.
- Oversee all aspects of L&D, from organisational needs analysis to delivery & evaluation, budget management, and development of learning systems, processes, and talent management.
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability, and development-related initiatives.
- Focus on Leadership Development and Performance Management across the site.
While this will predominantly be a site-based role, there’s some flexibility. Full-time is ideal, but part-time (4 days) is an option for the right candidate.
