Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to make a meaningful impact within an expanding organisation? This role offers a unique chance to support the People Department and wider business in all HR and training tasks, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR operation is provided across the organisation.
As the HR Administrator you will ensure that all HR tasks are completed efficiently and accurately across the entire employee lifecycle. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries supporting, communicating effectively and escalating any complex HR queries to the wider HR team. You will organise and deliver engagement initiatives, coordinate wellbeing programmes across multiple locations. In addition you will coordinate recognition projects and manage training courses, ensuring compliance with HSE training and documentation.
For the successful candidate this role will develop your HR expertise as you'll be part of a high performing and supportive HR team. The role will have a diverse range of HR responsibilities which will mean no two days are the same.
As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD level 3 as a minimum and have previously worked within an HR environment where you've been encouraged to be creative and come up with ideas to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, a passion for HR, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
