Key Responsibilities
- Personal care and hygiene support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Medication administration and monitoring in line with care plans
- Mobility assistance, transfers, and safe use of mobility aids
- Meal preparation in line with dietary requirements and hydration needs
- Companionship and emotional support, encouraging social engagement
- Light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Supporting and following individualized care plans
- Clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Accurate record keeping and completion of care documentation
- Prompt reporting of concerns, changes, or incidents
Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Previous care experience (desirable)
