The Store Manager is accountable for the commercial performance, people leadership and operational execution of a flagship retail store in London. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on running the store as a high-performing retail business rather than simply overseeing day-to-day activity. Leading from the shop floor, you will drive sales performance, deliver a consistently premium customer experience and build a strong, engaged team, while executing clear standards set at a multi-site level.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager from a sales-led retail environment. You are confident owning targets, analysing performance and turning insight into action. You are a visible, motivating leader who enjoys coaching teams, managing performance and maintaining high operational and visual standards. Organised, disciplined and resilient, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by growth and progression.
The business is a fast-growing, design-led furniture brand with an expanding physical retail presence. Known for delivering a premium showroom experience, the business offers a dynamic, non-traditional retail environment where strong performance, ownership and initiative are recognised and rewarded.
