This Dublin-based design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the delivery of a landmark multi-million-euro residential project from Stage 3 onwards, whilst contributing to a portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects across Ireland and internationally. Working across complex, design-led schemes, you will play a key role in guiding projects through technical development, consultant coordination and construction, ensuring the final outcome remains true to the original vision.

Designers are encouraged to take ownership, contribute strategically and play an active role throughout the entire project lifecycle. Known for producing highly crafted interiors where design intent is protected throughout the delivery process, the studio takes a meticulous approach to detailing, materiality and execution. This opportunity will suit designers currently working within established London design practices who are accustomed to delivering projects of exceptional quality and complexity and are looking for greater project ownership and influence.

Candidate
  • Minimum 8 years' experience delivering high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Currently working, or recently worked, within a leading residential or hospitality design practice and accustomed to delivering projects of a similar quality, scale and complexity.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional interior architecture, detailing and technical delivery.
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Extensive experience producing tender and construction drawing packages.
  • Strong interior architecture knowledge with an appreciation for the technical delivery of buildings.
  • Experience leading projects from concept through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of technical coordination and project delivery.
  • Experience designing bespoke joinery, furniture and architectural interior elements.
  • Confident coordinating architects, contractors, consultants and specialist suppliers.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
  • Knowledge of 3D visualisation software would be advantageous.
