An exciting opportunity for a Senior FF&E Designer to join a highly respected interior design studio renowned for delivering exceptional luxury hospitality interiors across the UK and internationally. Working on a portfolio of prestigious hotels, members clubs and large-scale residential projects, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience through thoughtfully curated and beautifully executed FF&E schemes. The role offers involvement across the full project lifecycle, from concept development and design storytelling through to specification, procurement support and installation.

Working closely with the wider design team, consultants and suppliers, you will be responsible for developing bespoke furniture designs, sourcing unique materials and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. This position would suit an experienced FF&E Designer with a proven track record delivering luxury hospitality and large-scale residential projects. Combining strong technical expertise with a refined design sensibility, you will be passionate about creating exceptional interiors and delivering projects to the highest standard.

A strong portfolio demonstrating extensive FF&E experience across luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, F&B and large-scale residential projects. Proven experience delivering projects from concept through to site installation and final styling. Exceptional knowledge of furniture, finishes, textiles, lighting, accessories and decorative materials. Strong technical FF&E capabilities, including the production of detailed furniture specifications and bespoke furniture drawings. Advanced AutoCAD skills with the ability to produce technical drawing packages for custom-designed furniture and joinery elements. Proficiency in SketchUp for furniture development, design visualisation and presentation purposes. Ability to produce and render elevations, furniture concepts and presentation material to a high standard. Experience designing bespoke furniture pieces and coordinating their development through manufacture. Excellent understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and value engineering. Strong knowledge of international manufacturers, artisans and suppliers within the luxury interiors market. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously. Confident liaising directly with clients, consultants, contractors and procurement teams. Comfortable leading smaller projects independently and acting as a senior team member on larger schemes. A refined design eye with a passion for craftsmanship, materiality and beautifully executed interiors. Positive, collaborative and proactive approach with strong communication and presentation skills.
