Join a talented team at a prestigious design practice to work on a carefully crafted UK housing project across either social, assisted, student and/or co-living sector from RIBA stages 3-5. Overseeing a couple of juniors on a project/part of a project, you will be coordinating with clients, authorities and consultant teams producing drawn information in Revit. This firm is looking to hire immediately for a June/early July start, initially on a 6 months contract basis with a view to extend, pending workload. You will have the opportunity to get your foot in the door at one of London’s most celebrated firms and advocate for the design and execution of socially inclusive and sustainable homes that promote mental and physical well-being.
Candidate:
- Qualified architect with 3+ years’ post-Part III experience and a focus on RIBA stages 3-5
- Strong background in high-quality large scale UK residential projects
- Excellent design sensibilities and a well curated portfolio demonstrating your own work
- Experience managing small teams on packages and liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
- Creative, pragmatic, and curious approach to design with a passion for architecture that improves lives and communities
- Expert level Revit proficiency essential
