These are immediate roles for Revit technologists/technicians to start on an initial 6 month fixed term/freelance basis and deliver what is set to be a multi award winning housing scheme as part of a highly sought after AJ100 firm with 2 days WFH.
Position: Opportunity to set foot immediately at one of London's leading firms to deliver a significant housing development from RIBA stage 3-5. Joining an existing team, you will be tasked with the production and coordination of information in Revit, including but not limited to, GA's, apartment units, facade and envelope, internals, core and/or fire. The studio is offering an initial 6 month fixed term or freelance contract in line with project programme however are open to a discussion regarding a longer-term contract/more permanent basis for the right candidates if workload allows.
Candidate: Technician/technologist or equivalent with experience working on large UK housing projects (co-living, aged care or PBSA etc) at RIBA stages 3-5. High rise and BSA’s highly desirable. Acute attention to detail with a strong portfolio of well documented packages and production work carried out by yourself. Excellent verbal, written and graphical communication skills. Available immediately for an initial period of 6 months. Advanced Revit skills with experience working on common data environments and shared models.
