A&D Consultant role focused on building relationships, securing product specifications and generating opportunities across the workplace and commercial interiors market.

This is a highly visible, relationship-led role focused on growing specification opportunities within the architecture and design community. Working closely with architects, interior designers and workplace consultants, you will be responsible for securing early-stage product specifications across office fit-outs, refurbishments and new-build projects. The role is centred on market engagement, networking and pipeline generation. You will be out meeting clients, attending industry events and building long-term relationships that position the business at the forefront of workplace projects. Working alongside the Head of Business Development, you will identify opportunities, track market activity and ensure a consistent flow of new project leads into the business.

The successful candidate will have experience within commercial interiors, workplace consultancy or FF&E, with a strong understanding of the London A&D community:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in business development, specification sales or A&D engagement
  • Existing network of architects, interior designers and workplace consultants
  • Strong understanding of the commercial interiors and workplace sector
  • Confident building relationships and opening new opportunities
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable attending networking events and industry functions
  • Organised with strong CRM and pipeline management skills
  • Ambitious and motivated by career progression
