Small award-winning team working with a broad range of private and public sector clients is looking to make a senior hire to deliver a major central London luxury apartment development.
The role is for an experienced technical architect to take a leading role on a major central London retrofit project comprising various phased, super prime apartment developments. Reporting to the director, you will have a hands-on role, overseeing a team of architects and assistants, liaising with clients, external consultants and contractors, and producing technical information and packages in Revit, ensuring the project is on programme, budget and built to the highest quality.
This practice does not pigeonhole and so the position also offers opportunities to contribute to a broader range of residential, hospitality, commercial, and civic projects across all stages.
Candidate:
- Qualified ARB architect with significant post part III experience in a recognised design practice
- Particular career focus on RIBA stages 3-5 of large complex UK housing projects, emphasis on retrofit experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong Revit drawing and modelling skills
- Ability to coordinate with consultants and contractors with experience on site
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple workstreams
- Desire to inspire and lead a small team and willingness to contribute to all aspects of practice life.
