Working closely with the wider delivery team, you will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, reporting, and site progress, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with Edition Living’s high standards. You will also support snagging, handovers, and contractor management throughout the full project lifecycle.

Candidate: This role requires a UK-trained Project Manager with UK building standards experience, this is a non-negotiable must-have. The ideal candidate will have experience working on residential refurbishment, renovation, or fit-out projects, and will understand the level of detail, sequencing, and site standards expected in the UK market.
You will be highly organised, confident managing site activity, and capable of coordinating multiple suppliers and contractors while maintaining a strong eye for quality and finish. You’ll be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and responsibility is high.
The successful candidate will likely have experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Site Coordinator and be ready to step into a role with real exposure across project delivery. Experience with bespoke joinery or factory coordination would be a strong advantage, but is not essential.
