Multi-award winning well established AJ100 practice with standout studio culture is looking for technically minded package/project architects with Revit to deliver career defining heritage projects.
Depending on skillset and experience, you will be liaising with clients, external consultants and contractors, producing and coordinating technical information and packages in Revit. Ensuring your team is working efficiently, on programme and upholding design intent, for either a hotel or workplace project at RIBA stage 4, both in listed conservation areas.
- Stand-out academic and career record
- Experience working on high profile UK projects, an emphasis on workplace and listed retrofit are highly advantageous
- Experience coordinating with external consultants and contractors and sub-contractors
- Strong design sensibilities coupled with significant post planning and technical delivery experience and be able to lead a small team with the support of an associate
- Demonstrate a thoughtful, creative, and pragmatic approach, confidently overcoming project challenges to deliver practical solutions
- Revit essential
