Join an up and coming practice formed from a notable design name, and hone your skills across the stages on a range of UK projects from new build housing to intricate conversions.

This position is for an experienced Part II or recently qualified with exceptional presentation skills. It could be suited to someone from a larger design practice looking to transition to a more focused environment or from a like-minded emerging studio seeking to contribute to high quality work.

In this role, you will be tasked with producing drawings, models and renders for client presentations and local authorities as well as documentation for planning, tender and construction. This will be a very dynamic and varied role in a practice where everyone is encouraged to take on responsibility, participate in design reviews and actively engage with wider practice discussions.

Candidate:

  • RIBA Part II / III with practical experience at a reputable design name and a strong academic grounding
  • High-quality portfolio demonstrating strong design sensibilities and technical rigour
  • Excellent graphical and presentation skills across digital and analogue methods, including (3D, hand drawing, physical model making)
  • Understanding of standards, construction methods and regulations
  • Revit experience highly advantageous
  • Eagerness to join a small but dynamic studio environment with aspirations to contribute to the firm’s success whilst developing and advancing your own career
