Multiple FF&E Designers with strong luxury residential portfolios to join a well renowned studio in South West London

Position:

We are looking for talented, creative and highly organised FF&E Designers to join a growing design team. The studio is open to candidates at Junior, Midweight and Senior level , with the scope and level of responsibility tailored to experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects across the globe, contributing to exceptional interiors for some of the worlds most discerning private clients.

You will be involved across the full FF&E process, from the development of initial concepts and bespoke schemes through to specification, procurement, delivery and installation.

The role will involve developing and refining FF&E schemes, mood boards, material palettes, sketches and CGI presentations, as well as sourcing furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, sanitaryware, bespoke joinery and decorative pieces from leading international suppliers, manufacturers and artisans.

Depending on experience, you will either support the wider design team or take ownership of FF&E packages and projects.

For more experienced candidates, the role will include leading projects, managing client relationships, overseeing procurement and installations, and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Candidate:

As an FF&E Designer, you should have exceptional creative flair, a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for luxury residential interiors, craftsmanship and bespoke design.

You will be proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience within a luxury interior design studio or similarly demanding, design-led environment.
  • A strong understanding of high-end furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, bespoke manufacturing and decorative accessories.
  • Excellent creative and visual presentation skills, with the ability to develop design concepts and compelling FF&E schemes.
  • Experience producing mood boards, presentations, sketches and presentations.
  • Experience sourcing and specifying FF&E from leading international suppliers.
  • An understanding of FF&E specifications, schedules, procurement, budgets, deliveries and installations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and go above and beyond.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office.
  • A willingness to travel internationally as required.
