Project Coordinator role supporting international hotel interior design projects. Coordinate teams, manage Revit workflows and deliver hospitality interiors from concept to completion.
We are seeking a highly organised and design-focused Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-profile international interior design and interior architecture projects across the luxury hospitality sector. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in refined interior environments from concept through to completion, ensuring clear coordination and the smooth progression of design and technical information.
You will play a key role in supporting project leadership, assisting with the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the delivery of complex, interior-led developments. This includes overseeing BIM and Revit workflows, aligning interior, architectural and consultant packages, and maintaining the integrity and quality of interior design throughout all stages.
Working alongside senior designers and project managers, you will help track progress, support communication across teams and contribute to high-quality, detail-driven interior outcomes. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
Candidate
- The Project Coordinator must come from a strong luxury background and must be well versed in delivery 5 star + hotels.
- Experience supporting interior design or interior architecture projects from concept through to delivery.
- Strong foundation in interior design, spatial planning and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in Revit and experience working within BIM environments, particularly for interiors.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including designers, architects and consultants.
- Ability to coordinate consultants and manage detailed design information and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, calm approach under pressure.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Adaptable and comfortable working across international projects.
