In a hands-on management role, you will be overseeing teams across a wide variety of hospitality projects whilst managing the operational running of the division and drawing upon your connections and experience to win new business and drive growth. Candidate:
- Qualified interior architect, designer or architect with a strong affinity to interiors
- Outstanding career record with significant industry experience operating at senior leadership level
- A portfolio defined by beautifully crafted luxury hospitality and/or F&B projects
- Client facing with excellent communication, presentation and pitching skills
- Creative and pragmatic with an acute attention to detail and rigorous approach to design and detailing
- Commercially minded with skills suited to management and operations
- Confident and passionate about cultivating relationships and winning new work

Established nearing 30 years ago, this is an excellent time to join one of London’s most prestigious design names as they make a new key hire to lead a growing department.
