Supported by a project lead and associate, you will work within a team of architects and interior designers on the initial design stages of high profile mixed use / workplace projects. This firm values all rounders and there will be opportunity to work on post planning and delivery stages of a range of projects. You will be producing early design and development work for presentations and submissions and assist in effective communications with clients and authorities.
The successful candidate will be part III qualified with a strong academic and career record and experience working at a named design firm, ideally on workplace retrofit projects, although other well curated UK project work will be considered. This firm hires the best talent in London and so strong design sensibilities, technical rigour and excellent communication skills including verbal, written as well as graphical are required. They are a social team looking for curious, pragmatic and creative minds who can challenge ideas with confidence, and you will be encouraged to contribute on a personal level, as well as professional. AutoCAD is essential and Revit is highly advantageous.
