The predicted salary is between 31.5 - 38.5 £ per hour.
Opportunities for experienced high calibre housing architects with revit at one of London's most recognised names on a 6 month contract basis.
Position: These are roles for experienced architects on a freelance/contract basis for 6 months starting end of August/beginning of September.
There are multiple openings so depending on skillset, you will either be assisting with feasibilities design work and planning, or producing packages and technical information for tender and construction.
Candidate
- Part III Architect from a design focused background
- Experience working on multi-unit housing developments either at RIBA Stages 1-3 and/or RIBA Stages 4-5.
- Creative and pragmatic with an acute attention to detail demonstrated by a beautifully presented portfolio of your own work
- Design and technical rigour with knowledge of UK housing design standards, planning laws and construction methods
- Revit is essential
Studio: This is a relatively established studio however experiencing steady growth, a rebrand and scooping up awards for just about every project, they are now named one of London’s top firms.
Their approach promotes extensive collaboration, research and testing of ideas to realise buildings that are long lasting and highly impactful to the people who use them and the wider community.
Even though this is a contract position, you will be welcomed into their 60 strong team who have a real sense of studio culture in the heart of East London, as well as benefitting from daily lunches and hybrid working 2 days from home.
