Project Manager leading commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects from inception to completion within a fast-paced, design and build environment.
This is a hands-on Project Manager role responsible for delivering commercial office fit-out projects on time, on budget and to a high standard of quality. Managing projects typically ranging from £100k to £2.5m, you will oversee all aspects of delivery from programming, procurement and subcontractor management through to client liaison, compliance and project completion.
Working closely with clients, designers, consultants and site teams, you will manage multiple projects at once, coordinate packages of work, chair project meetings and ensure programmes are delivered effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial fit-out delivery, combining technical project management with excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage projects from inception through to completion.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out
- Strong CAT A and CAT B office fit-out project experience
- Track record delivering projects up to £2.5m in value
- Experience managing time, cost, quality and procurement
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction processes and compliance
- Ability to programme works and produce project schedules using MS Project or similar
- Confident managing subcontractors, clients and project stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to protect margin
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused leadership style
