Reporting to the director, you will have a hands-on role, overseeing a team of architects and assistants, liaising with clients, external consultants and contractors, and producing technical information and packages in Revit, ensuring the project is on programme, budget and built to the highest quality.

  • Strong Revit drawing and modelling skills
  • Ability to coordinate with consultants and contractors with experience on site
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple workstreams
  • Desire to inspire and lead a small team and willingness to contribute to all aspects of practice life.

With no egos and a truly collaborative and non-hierarchical culture, they believe their people are their best asset. You will benefit from an experienced management team supporting your growth and progression, several days a week WFH, plenty of CPD’s, socials, team lunches and seasonal parties!
