Urgent BIM Coordinator roles to assist with complex projects at a leading global multidisciplinary team with standout employee benefits and culture.
This are immediate roles for mid-senior BIM Coordinators to support design teams and promote the implementation and use of BIM Revit on a range of complex projects across healthcare, mixed use and/or workplace. You will be setting up models and templates, managing workflows, running clash detection and coordinating with consultants to ensure a high level of efficiency, compliance and promoting best practice. You will play a key role in the development of both technology and processes as well as individual learning and mentoring.
Candidate:
- Background in architecture/BIM or equivalent with 3+ years experience working as a BIM Coordinator on either workplace or healthcare projects.
- Excellent practical experience in setting up of models, family and template creation as well as coordination and clash detection across projects simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of processes and standards including ISO 19560 and ACC platforms is required.
- You will be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to share your passion of BIM and technologies with others.
- Right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
