Well established team of architects and interior designers with luxury projects and a family-like culture, is looking for an architect to deliver some significant homes for HNW clients.
In this role you will be reporting to an associate director and managing a small team of juniors on a high-end private home refurbishment at technical delivery stages, maintaining oversight on quality, programme and budget. You will be liaising with consultants, contractors and suppliers on the production of technical information, including packages, joinery and bespoke detailing in Revit, as well as solving complex problems on site.
Candidate:
- Qualified architect with a career defined by bespoke, high budget London refurbishments that blend interiors, listed buildings highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of what it takes to deliver for demanding clients
- A keen eye for contemporary design, rich materials with bespoke detailing and joinery
- Strong RIBA Stage 4 + 5 package experience, including writing specifications and site supervision
- Knowledge and experience of working with JCT contracts is ideal
- Excellent Revit knowledge with significant practical experience
