As Project Manager you will manage the day-to-day running of accounts and deliver content on behalf of specific clients. You will work closely with Account Directors, who lead on the strategy and are accountable for the profitability of the accounts. The role is fast moving and will suit someone super organised who is able to deliver projects that span online content, email and print.
Responsibilities
- Working with internal teams and freelancers to deliver projects.
- Managing individual clients/projects.
- Ensuring that work is produced on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
- Understanding the clients' aims to ensure that work meets their objectives.
- Being proactive, coming up with new ideas and creative solutions.
- Delivering work in line with the agency's processes, policies and procedures.
- To look for opportunities that help our clients achieve their marketing and communication aims and to grow, develop and deepen the client relationship.
Skills needed:
- Solid experience within an agency team managing projects.
- The ability to deliver digital projects specifically webinar, email, video and online content.
- A grounding in marketing and the ability to interpret data.
- The ability to manage a budget.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to understand and empathise with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
- Good sense of humour and the ability to put people at ease.
- Highly organised and enthusiastic.
