Technical architect to deliver high quality workplace, hospitality and residential projects in London.

In this role you will focus on production of information and packages at post planning stages for a range of thoughtful, high quality projects across London workplace retrofit, hospitality, and private residential in London. You will be responsible for ensuring that design intent is carried seamlessly through to detail and delivery, coordinating with consultants and supervising works on site.

This is a role for a registered ARB architect who thrives in a collaborative studio and enjoys getting into the nitty gritty of projects. You will have strong experience at RIBA stages 3, 4 and 5 producing drawings of envelope as well as internals and joinery. Although a technically focused role, you will be from a design focused background with demonstrable sensitivity to materiality, detail and craft. This firm focuses on fit out and refurbishment of sensitive and historic buildings so experience working with existing fabrics is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential.

This studio, established for nearing three decades, enjoys collaboration across talented architects, interior designers and technicians.
