Role Overview

A leading London-based design practice is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its Hospitality & Commercial team. Based in West London, this full‑time position calls for a designer who can lead medium to large‑scale commercial and hospitality projects from concept through to completion, managing every aspect of the design process— from creative vision and client liaison to technical documentation, procurement and installation.

Responsibilities

The Senior Designer collaborates closely with architects, consultants, suppliers and an in‑house team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. The role involves managing the design process from creative vision to final installation, leading client presentations, coordinating technical documentation and overseeing procurement.

Candidate

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of post‑graduate experience and a strong foundation in the RIBA design stages. A portfolio that demonstrates innovation, precision, and an understanding of materiality, space and light is essential. The candidate should be confident presenting to clients, lead teams, mentor junior designers, and possess proficiency in Revit and Adobe CS, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills.
