Position: You will be joining a team to work on RIBA stages 3 and 4 of a range of new build housing led projects up to 400 units, producing detailed packages in Revit and coordinating closely with consultants and contractors.
Candidate: The successful candidate will be an architect or technician with a portfolio of multi unit housing schemes, ideally London focused. Significant experience producing and coordinating technical information in Revit, solving complex construction details, and managing information across projects and BIM workflows is essential. A solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods is essential.
Studio: With a close knit London team, this firm benefits from national offices and has built a strong reputation for award winning housing and master planning projects which are sensitive to the needs of its residents, surrounding environment and local contexts since the late 80s. On offer is a converted office in EC with showers and cycle store, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and weekly socials.
