Package Revit Architect / Technologist – Contract

Immediate openings on a 6‑month contract basis for technologists and/or technical architects with Revit to work on packages for a significant London housing development.

Position

These are immediate roles to join an existing team to produce and coordinate packages in Revit for a significant London housing project at RIBA stage 3‑4. You will be responsible for high‑quality architectural drawings including, but not limited to, envelope, façade, balconies, podiums, cores and lifts, coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure build‑abilty and compliance.

Candidate

This practice seeks technically capable architects, technologists or equivalent with expert Revit skills and a portfolio of large complex London housing projects at stages 3 onwards. You should demonstrate a strong design sensibility through a well‑presented portfolio of quality drawn work and details. You will be comfortable coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure the highest level of efficiency and that design is not compromised through each stage of delivery. Availability: at least 6 months contract work immediately and adaptable to project demands.
