Position

The Marketing and Communications Manager is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategy across a portfolio of design‑led commercial furniture and workspace brands. Working closely with senior leadership, the role focuses on strengthening brand presence, delivering growth‑focused B2B campaigns, and leading content, communications and go‑to‑market activity to support international expansion.

Candidate

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet execution‑focused marketing leader with experience in B2B or e‑commerce environments. They bring strong analytical capability, exceptional written communication and a genuine passion for design, creative media and storytelling. You are proactive, commercially driven and comfortable using modern marketing tools, AI and automation, with the ability to lead creatives, influence stakeholders and translate insight into impactful campaigns. Experience within commercial furniture, interiors, workplace design or related sectors is highly regarded.
