Position: The studio is seeking an experienced Interior Technical Director to join their senior team in a newly created leadership role. This position focuses on the concept and early development phase of large-scale hospitality projects, with a particular emphasis on transforming shell spaces into thoughtfully planned interiors. The successful candidate will bring a high level of creativity and spatial intelligence, crafting layouts that respond to the guest journey from the moment of arrival, and establishing a natural flow between adjacent zones and communal areas and guest suites. Working across multiple international projects, this poistion will play a vital role in shaping the interior architecture and design narrative across all projects. Candidate: The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in high-end interior design, with a strong recent focus on luxury hotel projects. They will be hands-on, currently producing layouts and technical drawings, with a talent for spatial problem-solving and a sensitivity to how people move through and feel within interior environments. Ideally, they will be well-travelled, with first-hand exposure to how exceptional hotel spaces function around the world. They should be confident communicating with consultants and clients, able to offer clarity and leadership, and comfortable mentoring more junior members of the team. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. All candidates must have valid Right to Work in the UK and demonstrable experience working on comparable projects within leading design practices in the industry.
