This is an opportunity to take a leading role within an internationally recognised design practice, overseeing the creative delivery of hospitality and lifestyle projects. As an Associate Designer, you will set the design direction and make sure every project, from concept to completion, holds a clear and well-defined vision. Working closely with senior leadership, you will balance creative ambition with strong project management, supporting both design quality and the commercial success of each commission. Your contribution will be central to the studio’s aim to create spaces that capture attention, connect with people, and leave a lasting impression.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of interior architecture and broad experience across hotel, F&B, spa, and large-scale hospitality design. You enjoy leading projects that combine creativity with solid technical delivery, guiding talented teams and maintaining positive, long-term client relationships.
