Are you a BIM Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact at forward thinking firm with excellent working culture and hybrid working?
Position:
As BIM Manager you will lead the strategic implementation, ongoing development, and compliance for the use of BIM across their team of 60. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and negotiating on BEPs, EIRs, and AIRs and liaising with clients, consultants and contractors in the use of BIM a well as delivering training plans, workshops, onboarding of new staff and managing the BIM technician and BIM working group. Passionate about technology and streamlining workflows, you will integrate BIM processes into sustainable design and digital prototyping, staying ahead of industry trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in BIM practices across the firm.
Candidate:
The succesful candidate will hold an architectural degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BIM Manager, preferably within an architectural practice. You will be confident in setting up projects with an excellent grasp of BIM processes including COBie and have expert knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, including certification management and BIM documentation such asBEPs, EIRs, and AIRs. Excellent command of BIM 360, Solibri, Navisworks, Revizto is essential and familiarity with Dynamo is highly advantageous.
