We’re based in Swansea but operate nationwide, so we’re open to both hybrid and fully remote advisers.
This opportunity would suit an experienced, commercially minded adviser who is confident generating their own business and wants the freedom to build a strong book with the backing of an established brokerage.
- An experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a proven track record
- Someone confident in generating and managing their own business
- The ability to build new relationships with estate agents, developers, accountants and other professional introducers
- Someone who can develop introducer partnerships, with the flexibility to offer highly competitive commercial arrangements where the opportunity makes sense
- A strong focus on providing a quality service and building long-term client relationships
- Generous commission splits with strong earning potentialHybrid working from our Swansea office or fully remote opportunities
- Freedom to develop your own introducer and referral network
- Flexibility around commercial arrangements to help you win and retain valuable introducer relationships

Please note: This is currently a self-generating adviser position and leads are not provided as standard. We want to be transparent about that from the outset. In return, we offer a generous commission structure and plenty of freedom for the right adviser to build their business.
