We are looking for a hungry money oriented individual who can grow with the company and help us carry forward in the merchant services world. FFP has gone through a recent restructuring and has formed a new pathway to sustain the already huge recent growth. We have big ambitions and looking for people who to be part of one of the most progressive companies within our industry.

As a Merchant Services Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by setting appointments with potential clients for our sales team. Your primary objective will be to engage with business owners and decision-makers, introduce our services, and schedule meetings for our sales representatives to discuss how our solutions can benefit their business.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to businesses to promote Foley\’s Faster Payments services

* Identify and qualify potential clients based on their payment processing needs

* Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers to understand their current payment processing challenges

* Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads

* Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment setting targets

* Update CRM software with accurate and timely information on call / lead interactions

* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

Nice to Have:

* Experience in the merchant services or payment processing industry

* Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts

* Bilingual or multilingual skills
