Foley in Claygate, part of Young's, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our warm and vibrant pub kitchen. You will lead in a busy kitchen, developing menus and guiding the team to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes with outstanding service.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to design menus and daily specials, train staff, manage GP and labour, and ensure top quality food and guest satisfaction in a welcoming environment.
