We'll be honest from the outset. Digital moves fast. What feels right today could look different in six months, and we're comfortable with that. What we do know is that digital is the missing piece. We've built the hardware first. FØLD is now at £8M+ annualised revenue with 10,000 customers in 18 months, entirely bootstrapped. House of FØLD studios are launching, brand partnerships are growing, and the opportunity in front of us is clear. What we do not yet have is the connected platform that ties it all together.
We're open on what the right setup looks like. This is not a traditional hire and we are not fixed on structure. This could suit:
- an individual who wants to join and build something meaningful
- a consultant or fractional leader who is hands on and execution focused
- an agency or studio that can move quickly with a delivery team from day one
- a hybrid model that combines some of the above
What matters is not the title or structure. What matters is that whoever comes in is hands on and can build. We are not looking for people who hand over decks and disappear. We need builders. People who can get into the APIs, make smart product decisions quickly, solve problems in real time and help us ship.
Today, FØLD runs across five separate platforms: Uscreen, Mindbody, Shopify, Yotpo and Klaviyo. Each does its job well in isolation, but together they create a fragmented customer experience. The APIs, webhooks and integration routes are there. The missing piece is the layer that connects them into one seamless FØLD ecosystem. The opportunity is to help us build that layer. Most likely this becomes a custom FØLD app in React Native, sitting on top of a middleware layer that connects content, booking, commerce, loyalty and comms into one branded experience. Over time, that expands into AI coaching, connected hardware, live streaming, community, creator features and a proper unified data layer.
This is not just about roadmap advice. It is about helping shape priorities, define the right architecture and get product into market fast. We've already started making the vision real, including a Claude-built example app and early prototype work that we can share to help bring the opportunity to life.
What we bring is real traction, a clear product vision, strong founder involvement, existing infrastructure and a customer base already paying for content and asking for more. We're looking for someone who understands connected consumer products, has strong API and platform thinking, knows how subscription and retention models work, and is comfortable operating with speed and ambiguity.
