Tour Guide - London E-bike Tours

1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead groups through various attractions and sites, providing an engaging and informative experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the local history and culture. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Responsibilities Conduct guided private eBike tours for individuals, sharing interesting facts and stories about the locations visited. Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour. Answer questions from participants and provide additional information as needed. Prepare and maintain tour materials, including maps, brochures, and other relevant resources. Collaborate with management to develop new tour routes and enhance existing ones. Promote a positive image of the organisation while delivering exceptional customer service. Gather feedback from participants to improve future tours. Requirements Ride an e-bike in Central London Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences of all ages. Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality is advantageous but not essential. A keen interest in history, culture, or local attractions is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, but not mandatory. Must be physically fit.
